This book is the perfect complement to Ruth Hull’s companion text, The Complete Guide to Reflexology. The workbook guides students through a series of self-revision notes, exercises and mock exam papers all designed to encourage revision, understanding and confidence in practicing reflexology.
The purpose of this book is to help you succeed not only as a student of reflexology, but also as a practitioner. To help you do this, the book has been written in four parts.
Part 1: The Theory of Reflexology
The first part of this book focuses on the theory of reflexology.
Part 2: The Practice of Reflexology
The second part of the book is designed to inspire you to really think about how you will practise once you are qualified – it encourages you to put all the theory you have learned into practice.
Part 3: Mock Exam Papers
In the third part of this workbook you will find multiple-choice papers, each one covering the entire reflexology syllabus.
Part 4: Answers
Here you will find the answers to the exercises in part 1 and the mock exam papers in part 3.
